Dr. Jasmine Hernandez and Mrs. Naomi Dugar are native New Orleanian Latinas. Both graduates of The University of Holy Cross.  Dr. Hernandez and Mrs. Dugar have decided to merge their knowledge and drive by offering there services in the world of counseling and have vast and extensive experience and background providing immigration assessments for attorneys across the metro area.
